Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
After 6 hours, cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not been processed for shipping.
After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want the product, you may initiate a return request after delivery (as per our Return Policy).
How to Cancel an Order To cancel an order, follow these steps:

Request Review: If the order has not been processed for shipment, we will approve your cancellation request. Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is canceled successfully.
Refund for Canceled Orders If canceled within 6 hours: A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If canceled after processing: The refund will be subject to a deduction for any handling charges. If the order has been shipped: No refund will be issued; you must follow the Return Policy after delivery.
Late or Failed Cancellations If your cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, we cannot process it.
