The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is in its original condition, unused, and has all original tags and packaging.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
The product has been used, altered, or damaged due to mishandling.
The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
The return is requested due to a change of mind or personal preference.
Items such as prayer beads, spiritual accessories, and handcrafted ornaments may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and craftsmanship reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@karmamalapasal.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide Details: Mention your order number, attach clear images of the product showing the defect, and describe the issue.
Verification: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Return Approval & Pickup: If approved, we will arrange for a pickup (if available in your area) or guide you on how to ship the item back to us.
Return Processing: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and initiate a replacement or refund, as per the policy.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect products: We will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons: The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Refund or Replacement
If a return is approved, we will offer either:
A replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
A refund (processed within 5-7 business days after product verification).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including:

Spiritual or religious items that are used in rituals.
